How does ordering work?
Add the product you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. Write your wishes in the Order notes field – size, customizations, color preferences and any other details. We will contact you if necessary before starting the production.
How long does delivery take?
Each product is handmade to order. The processing time is 1–2 weeks, after which the product will be shipped. Delivery time varies depending on your location.
Can I fully customize the product?
Yes! You can request a specific color, cut, details or materials, for example. More complex customizations may be subject to an additional charge, which we will agree on together before production.
What materials are the products made from?
We use second-hand jeans as our main material – every pair is unique, and no two pairs are exactly the same. We cannot guarantee a specific fabric or color, but we promise a carefully handmade result.
Can I return the product?
Since the products are made to order specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns. If the product has a defect or does not match the agreed order, we will contact you and find a suitable solution.
